This property has 4 bedrooms, which sleeps eight. The property over looks the valley of Moraira, vine yards, town centre,

marina and the sea.

 

 

 

Description:

The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms one is en suite.
Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, diswasher etc.
Large sitting room which has a wood burning fireplace and dining room with sliding patio doors opening on to one

of the two terraces.
Patio table and chairs, sun shade and barbecue are provided.
SateliteTV with BBC ITV etc, Video, DVD and Hi fi.
Master bedroom opens out on to a large terrace. En suite walk in shower room with lage wash basin and toilet.
On the second level are the two twin bedded and a double bedroom and two bathrooms a a second sitting room.

The jacuzzi terrace has sun loungers etc.
A washing machine is provided.

The complex has a total of 19 villas which share the large pool. It is for the sole use of residents and guests. Ideal for

bored children to make friends. Not too busy even in high season. There is also a shower and cloakroom. (see below)

Sun loungers supplied. As there are only 19 villas on the complex many of which have permenant residents, the pool is

never very busy even during the peak seasons.  Sun loungers supplied

Availability

Please note: The price quoted for the low season is for 4 people staying. 5-8 will incur a supplement of £15 per

person per week. (October - March)

There is a £200 damage deposit required which must be paid at the same time as the balance.

High Chairs cots etc can be hired.

This villa is available on a long let basis for 11 months.

We do not guarantee the furnishings will stay the same as the photos.  They may be changed from time to time due to

wear.
