Description:
The villa has four bedrooms & three bathrooms two are en-suite.
It can sleep 2-8. For 2 people the living area and master bedroom can be likened to a penthouse apartment.
Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc.
Large sitting room with fireplace and Sky TV, Video, DVD/CD and Hi if.
Separate dining room, leading on to terrace with Patio table and chairs sunshade and barbecue.
Master bedroom with en suite bathroom opens out on to a large terrace.
Second level two twin bedded and double bedroom which has a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
Third bathroom/ensuite with large luxury walk in shower, basin and toilet.
Plus a large family room which can be used either as another sitting room. It has a portable TV for computer consoles (bring your own) plus a video and DVD player.
The very large Jacuzzi terrace has sun loungers, table and chairs etc.
A washing machine is provided.
There is a large shared pool which is ideal for those bored children to make friends. (see below) It is used exclusively by the owners and guests on the complex.
Not too busy even in high season as there are only 19 villas on the complex with a number of permanent residents who rarely use the pool.
There is also a shower and cloakroom.

Bedrooms: Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom. One double room one with walk in wardrobe, 2 twin bedded rooms which
have large wardrobes.
Master and twin bed rooms have sea views.
Second sitting room. It has table and chairs and a bed settee sleeping 2. Also TV for computer games. (bring your own console).
Other rooms: 1/2 sitting rooms. Main sitting room having Sky TV with ITV BBC etc.. DVD/CD Hi-fi Stereo radio etc.
The second one having a portable TV which can be used for computer games use (bring your own console)

Availability
The price quoted for the lower seasons are for 4 people sharing on an all inclusive basis. 5-8 Adults will incur a
supplement of £15 per person per week to cover laundry costs and heating cost. (October - March)
High Chairs cots etc can be hired.

Villa Panoramica has very clean, comfortable, spacious and versatile accommodation, and is much better equipped than most rented properties. It has washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, and there are two fridge-freezers (one downstairs), which helps to reduce the number of shopping trips! The washing machine is downstairs, together with iron and ironing board. The size of the villa obviously makes it convenient for large families, but its lay-out on two floors also makes it ideal for use by two couples, giving ample space and privacy for both. Anyone who finds stairs difficult can live entirely on one floor if necessary, as the master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) is on the same level as the entrance, kitchen and living rooms, and has french doors on to the upper terrace. There are two shower-rooms downstairs to serve the other three bedrooms, all of which are spacious, with large wardrobes. We particularly liked the glazed dining room, from which you can enjoy that fabulous view even when it's too cold to go outside. For winter evenings the electric coal-effect fire in the sitting room, backed up by radiators, gives a cosy feel to the villa, helped by full-length curtains for the staircase and the sitting-room doorway. When it's hot, patio doors on two sides of the dining room can be opened, and there is a wind-out awning to keep the room cool. There is another, larger one offering shade for the dining area on the upper terrace outside. Both tables, inside and out, are large and there are plenty of chairs.
Downstairs, on the huge lower terrace, is the lovely heated jacuzzi for lazing in. There is plenty of outdoor furniture on this terrace too, including a large table, some sun-loungers and plenty of chairs. Conventional washing lines are discreetly positioned out of the way and there are washing racks too - useful if washing has to be brought indoors. Nice touches at Villa Panoramica include a large library of English books, and the provision of small, folding coffee tables which can be put wherever they're needed. Some very good-quality, long-stemmed plastic wine glasses (in addition to some beautiful glass ones) ensure that there need be no breakages!
Coral and Ray are both very helpful and Coral always responds extremely promptly to any queries. We felt privileged to be allowed to rent this lovely villa, which has so obviously been planned as a family home, and we shall definitely be staying there again. |
