A further staircase leads up to the unusually large roof terrace/solarium with panoramic views across the valley to the sea, Calpe’s Ifach Rock and the nearby golf course. Sliding doors lead from the summer kitchen terrace into the south facing naya,which has the dining area with easy chairs also with fabulous views. A large sitting room, kitchen 3 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower room. The guest apartment, consisting of: lounge/diner, double bedroom and bathroom makes this property a truly wonderful holiday home.
The villa is 1 km from Baladrar beach & nearest supermarket. 0,5 km from the nearest restaurant. 5 km from the town of Moraira which was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches. One is in the town & the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Calpe 15 minutes & Benidorm .75 hours drive away with the theme and water parks . Alicante airport is one hour away and Valencia one and a quarter hours. Mainly motorway driving to the villa. Car recommended. Taxi hire from the town.

Additional information about rental rates
- The price is for the villa as a whole during June - July and August.
- Deposit 25% of total. Returnable key/damage bond of 200€. Saturday to Saturday changeover July and August. Flexible in the low season. Car hire can be arranged from Murcia, Alicante or Valencia airports. Alicante is the nearest.
- Saturday to Saturday change over July and August.
- Arrival after 4 pm departure 10 am and no later unless agreed (due to cleaning).
- All cleaning charges are included. Any extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged but is an extra charge.
- Mid term linen change included on holidays of 2 weeks or more.
