The front facade of the house is all glass so the views can be seen from every window and door. The pool and sunbathing terrace has to be seen to be believed. The pool is accompanied by a superb 8 berth spa. Also on this magnificent deck are sunloungers, patio table and chairs and a portable BBQ . An enclosed shower is adjacent to the pool. Once you have stayed in this property you will want to come back again and again. The property is south facing and gets the sun all day. It is a totally flat plot so it ideal for disabled people although there are no special facilities as such for the infirm. Even though it has 4 bedrooms it is well worth considering for your honeymoon.
The area of Benimeit is much sought after as it has fabulous views of the Moraira valley from the Montgo in Javea to the Moraira bay, town, valley and vine yards. Approximately 5 minutes drive to the town and beaches of Moraira, 20 minutes to Calpe 15 mins to Javea and 25 mins to Benidorm where you will find the Theme Park, Water Park, Mundomar Sealife park and the beautiful beaches.

Arrival after 4 pm departure 10 am and no later unless agreed (due to cleaning).
Deposit 25% of total fee. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
There is also a returnable keys and damage bond of £250.
All air conditioning and cleaning charges are included. Any extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged but is an extra charge. Mid term linen change included on holidays of 2 weeks or more.
