Both have Bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, lounge & tv facilities.This home enjoys a perfect position amongst the vineyards & mountains of the Costa Blanca, with views of the warm Mediterranean. Choose to relax, Stay home and read in the hammock or lounge by the fabulous 10 x 5 pool, which looks across to the impressive Montgo mountain and the small village of Teulada, which is a quiet walk away. Enjoy golf, tennis, watersports nearby or shop & take a coffee in pretty Moraira. A holiday in this different kind of villa will be a romantic stress free interlude where the eye can feast on the unspoilt beauty of this popular area of Spain,knowing the beach,cafes and restaurants are close by. 

Both the Casa and the Casita are rented as one unit. The one-bedroomed Casita,sleeping 2,is the smaller build of the two accommodation areas. It is ideal for summer living as the cpnstruction allows the interior to stay comfortable in the summer sun.The bedroom is large and spacious,with ample hanging and drawer space. The lounge overlooks the pool area, to which it has access through a covered naya,on which there is a table to sit 6.The shower-room and toilet have a door opening to the pool area also.The shower room is a good size,accommodating a toilet and wash basin unit. The kitchenette allows for cooking on a hob. There is a fridge freezer and cupboard space.There is a large oven and microwave in the casa kitchen. A good variety of English channels can be received on the tv. Program choice is independent of the tv. in the casa.Both digital.
The accommodation offered in the casita would be ideal for a couple,two teenagers or a single person,wishing extra privacy.

Bedroom 1, the master bedroom is large and due to its central position remains at a comfortable temperature in the middle of summer. It has air-conditioning.
Bedroom 2 . the second bedroom in the main house has a double bed and a door out to an outer courtyard. It has a direct connecting door to the shower-room.
Bedroom 3, is in the casita. It is a large room with two single beds that can be placed together to form a generous double sized bed. The room is spacious with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Bedding is provided and changed weekly. Shutters enable the room to keep the early morning sun out, if necessary and there are mosquito nets at the windows.

The shower room in the main house is large, light and airy. The toilet is separate. A plumbed washing machine takes up a small corner of the shower room. This is convenient to wash towels or other items mid-week or when necessary.

The shower room in the casita has an open wet room type of shower space. There is a toilet in the same room. Windows look out on the pool area and surround.

Rental Dates and Rates.  All Prices are for the villa per week not per person.

Saturday to Saturday change over.  Arrival after 4pm departure 10am. Deposit 25% of total fee. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A car is required and can be organised on request. There is also a returnable key and damage deposit of £200.
