The apartment is on two floors and has large upper and lower terraces.  Both terraces overlook the wonderful gardens and swimming pools with views across to the mediterranean sea.  The property is beautifully furnished and equipped to suit all tastes being both modern and traditional in style.  There are many extras, too many to mention.  We do not recomend this property for young children.

A prestigious development of luxury apartments near Puerto Banus and located in the middle of the new Golden Mile, midway between Marbella and Estepona.  7 minutes drive to Puerto Banus.  The property is next to the Las Dunas 5 star Hotel and Tikitano restaurant plus an 800 year old Arabian watchtower.  There are beautiful views across the Mediterranean to Gibralter and Africa.

 

In detail

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one shower room. The sitting room which is furnished in creams has seating for 6 people. Dining area has a lovely table and six chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, ceiling fan and patio doors on both side of the room leading on to separate terraces. En suite bathroom. Second double bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom. Third bedroom has a single bed with a further single stored underneath. Family shower room.  All bed rooms have walk in wardrobes and are tastefuly decorated.

Outside. On the lower terrace you will find 2 cane sofas's and a coffee table.  The upper terrace has dining table and chairs for 6, BBQ, fridge and sink, also chill out area with large chill out daybed. High table and matching chairs.   Air conditioning and under floor heating through out the apartment.

Communal areas. 2 swimming pools set in beautiful gardens which are tropical in design and having waterfalls and cascades throughout, leading to two lakes. Having their own showers, saunas, gyms, Jacuzzi's and toilets. Sunbeds are provided around the pools. Lifeguards are on duty in the high season. The 2 Gyms are airconditioned and over look the pools and gardens. There is a covered area by one of the pools with a drinks machines, table and chairs. Also an ice making machine.

Saturday to Saturday change over July and August.

Arrival after 4 pm departure 10 am and no later unless agreed (due to cleaning).

Deposit 25% of total fee. Balance and key deposit of £250 due 8 weeks before arrival.

All cleaning charges are included.  Any extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged but is an extra charge.

Mid term linen change included on holidays of 2 weeks or more.
