The villa has four bedrooms & three bathrooms two are en-suite. It can sleep up to 8 in comfort. Fully fitted modern kitchen

with granite tops, cooker, fridge freezer, combi microwave, dishwasher etc. Large sitting room with fireplace and Sky TV which

includes all the uk Terrestrial channels. Video, DVD/CD and Hi fi. Lovely separate dining room with traditioinal Spanish table

and chairs, leading on to terrace with Patio table and chairs sunshade and barbecue.

Master bedroom with en suite bathroom opens out on to a large terrace. Second level two twin bedrooms and the second

master bedroom with super king bed which has a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. Third bathroom (New June 2006)

plus a large family room which can be used as another sitting room/playroom. It has a portable TV for computer consoles

(bring your own). The lower terrrace has a Hot tub with sun loungers etc. A washing machine is provided.

chair and occasional tables plus a fridge. Also TV for computer games. (bring your own console). 1 separate dining room. Fully fitted

modern kitchen with dishwasher.

Terraces.  Upper terrace with table and chairs for 8 people. Plus room for sun bathing.  Hot tub terraces.  Hot tub (childrens favourite) and sun beds.

The complex has a total of 19 villas which share the large pool. It is for the sole use of residents and guests. Ideal for

bored children to make friends. Not too busy even in high season. There is also a shower and cloakroom. (see below)

Sun loungers supplied As there are only 19 villas on the complex many of which have permenant residents, the pool is never

very busy even during the peak seasons. 

Please note: The price quoted for the low season is for 4 people staying. 5-8 will incur a supplement of £15 per person per week. (October - March)

There is a £200 damage deposit required which must be paid at the same time as the balance.

High Chairs cots etc can be hired.

We do not guarantee the furnishings will stay the same as the photos.  They may be changed from time to time due to wear and tear.

This villa is availabe to rent on a long let basis of 6 - 11 months.  Price in euros on application.

Yes we all enjoyed the holiday very much indeed and the accommodation more than came up to our expectations.
