look the valley of Moraira, vine yards, town centre, marina and the sea. Great for a large party of people who want to be

together yet need their own space.

1 Double bedded room, (king size bed) en-suite bathroom.The bedroom has patio doors which open out on to one of the two terraces.

Two twin bedrooms both with sea views. Room for a cot in the Master Bedroom.

2 bathrooms both with baths and showers, toilets and bidets. The en-suite has a vanity unit with double basins.

Other rooms:

Large sitting / dining room with fireplace. Kitchen with Fridge freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, 4 ring gas hob and Electric

Rental rates (3 Bed villas)

Payment to be made in euros only.

There is a €200 damage deposit required which must be paid at the same time as the balance.

High Chairs cots etc can be hired. Sun loungers supplied around the pool and villa.

Beach towels can be provided on request.

We do not guarantee the furnishings will stay the same as the photos.  They may be changed from time to time due to wear

and tear.
