Main House

Entrance to large driveway through electronic gates. The front door takes you into a hallway. Walking into the fully fitted kitchen with granite tops. American fridge freezer, dishwasher microwave electric oven and hob. Walk in pantry. French doors lead to courtyard with wood table and bench seating. A large bright lounge/dining room with plenty of seating, plus quiet corner for reading. Fireplace and Satellite TV. DVD. Dining table and chairs. Walking out to many of the terraces, gazebo and swimming pool which is 15 x 3 m. Wrought iron stair case leading up to the large master bedroom having air conditioning and ceiling fan with 6 ft. bed. Full wall of wardrobes. Patio doors to balcony over looking the gardens pool and view of Calpe Rock and the sea. Master bathroom which is all in marble and having walk in shower. Ground floor level has a twin bed room with adjacent shower room. Cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. Second stairs up to further twin bedroom with own balcony.

Apartment

With external access from the garden level there is a separate self-contained apartment with lounge/diner and an American style kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a sofa (can be turned into a bed) and rattan style chairs and a portable TV with DVD player. A small lobby leads to a twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and a double bedded room also with fitted wardrobes. The separate shower room has walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

The villa is approximately one hour's drive away from both Alicante 1 and quarter from Valencia airport
